Accommodation Options

The following accommodations are available for you while attending The Third International Conference on THE ARTS IN SOCIETY.

We are pleased to be able to offer quality accommodations at a good value, close to the conference venue. Because we book a ‘block’ of rooms, payment is required prior to arrival. The hotels will not take a credit card guarantee as with an individual hotel booking.

Accommodations can be booked during the registration process in the registration area, however, if you have already registered and now wish to book accommodations, you need to email the Conference Secretariat at this link with your booking request.

Accommodation Booking Policy: Any room request submitted that is not paid in full is not a confirmed booking. These bookings will be on a request only basis until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy: Any room cancelled at least three weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund. A room cancelled two weeks prior will be penalized for one night’s stay. Rooms cancelled within one week of arrival will receive no refund.

Changes: Once a hotel is confirmed, any changes to arrival date or length of stay are at the discretion of the hotel. Please email the Conference Secretariat at this link if you need to request any changes.

We are not offering transportation to/from the hotels, conference venue, airport, rail station or coach station for this conference. The Birmingham Airport is approximately 20 minutes via taxi to the city of Birmingham. All of the other sites are about 5 minutes via taxi.

Trains and coaches are available for transportation from the London Airports to Birmingham.

Rates are calculated and charged in Australian Dollars ($AU) and are per room, per night. $US and €Euros are rough conversions from the Australian Dollar ($AU) price - click on each amount for current conversion rates.
